By using the NoCoast Host service, you agree you are subject to the following Terms of Service.

NoCoast Host reserves the right to alter these Terms of Service without notice.

General Conditions

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age.

Invoicing and Payment

  1. Services are billed monthly, in advance, on the credit card you provide.

  2. All services require an active, valid credit card.

  3. All service credits, including prorated credits for downgrading, will apply to your account balance, but may not be refunded.

  4. Any chargebacks to your credit card may result in immediate termination of your account.

Excess Bandwidth Charges

  1. Bandwidth in excess of the total amount included in your all of your plans (bandwidth is pooled) will be charged at $0.02 per gigabyte.

60 Day Money Back Guarantee

  1. New customers active for fewer than 60 days may have a full refund, less any charges for excess bandwidth.

  2. All refunds will be credited back to the card or account that they were paid from. The exception is BitCoin refunds, which can be sent to an address of your choice.

  3. Refunds are not guaranteed for accounts found to be in violation of these Terms of Service, including for reasons in the Acceptable Use section. So don’t spam.


  1. Accounts may be cancelled at any time. Prorated credit for any remaining service will be applied to the account, but not refunded, except under the terms of the 60 day money back guarantee.

  2. You may only cancel your account via the NoCoast Host website. Email or phone requests to cancel your account are not considered cancellation.

  3. NoCoast Host reserves the right to refuse service to any one at any time for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

  1. The service is offered as-is, and without any warranty of any kind. Service may be interrupted at any time, and you agree NoCoast Host is not liable for any damages, loss, injury, claims, or reasonable attorney’s fees under any circumstances.

  2. NoCoast Host is not responsible for any content or material supplied by you, the customer, that infringes on the proprietary rights of a third party.

  1. You agree to NoCoast’s Acceptable Use Policy.
